We have a broad service area. We cover all of East Sussex and surrounding areas. We also serve some areas in Kent, Surrey and Hampshire.
For smaller domestic jobs outside of Sussex, travel time to site and back is charged.
We currently do not service London.

Yes, we are fully licensed and insured, which means you can have peace of mind knowing that you are working with a legitimate and responsible company. Being a Professional Roofing Company, we have £5m Public Liability Insurance and £10m Employers Liability Insurance, and we are completely committed to carry out all works with skill and integrity.
Yes we do. From damaged or slipped tiles to gutter clearance. We will be happy to assist with your inquiry. Please note that we do charge a minimum of 1 hours labour charge, for smaller repairs, like replacing a few slipped tiles for example.
We provide guarantee’s for re-roofs (felt, batten and all new roofing tiles or slates) new builds, and renewal of flat roofs. Product Guarantee periods differ from manufacturer to manufacturer so the guarantee would depend on your specific project and material used. Alongside the product guarantee we offer a labour guarantee.
We do not provide guarantee’s for repair works.
Yes, however, it is important to bear in mind that the weather conditions do affect the progression of our works, and at times we would have to work around various weather conditions, for example carrying out mortar works in temperatures below 5 degrees, wet weather, snow and high winds. This is due to risk management to our client’s property, Health and Safety regulations pertaining to our employees and ensuring the correct roofing installation protocols are followed.
The duration of a roof installation varies depending on the size and type of roofing system. Typically, it can take anywhere from one to several days. We will provide a timeline during the initial consultation. It is important to bear in mind that bad weather conditions can lengthen the installation time.
This varies month to month, at present our lead time is 3 weeks but this may change if the weather conditions have not been suitable to carry out and complete our current scheduled works. This may also be shorter depending on your requirements, if your works are a small repair job, we do often have requests to reschedule works as well as smaller gaps in our schedule, in which case we would be able to shorten the lead time.
Yes. We’re a local roofing company in East Sussex covering Newhaven to Eastbourne AND beyond! We handle flat roofs (EPDM rubber, GRP/fibreglass, torch-on felt) as well as pitched-roof repairs and replacements. Expect same/next-working-day surveys, fixed written quotes, manufacturer-approved materials, qualified & insured installers, tidy sites, photo reports, and written guarantees on our work.
