We have a broad service area. We cover all of East Sussex and surrounding areas. We also serve some areas in Kent, Surrey and Hampshire.
For smaller domestic jobs outside of Sussex, travel time to site and back is charged.
We currently do not service London.

Book an estimate appointment with our client.
The estimator meets the client (if required) on-site on the agreed date and time, fully briefed on the project specifics.
– The estimator conducts a comprehensive assessment lasting between 20-60 minutes depending on the project specifics and scope.
– Various investigations and evaluations of the roofing issues will be carried out and if there are additional requirements or recommendations visible with access – these will be noted.
– Assessment of the access requirements for this project, which need to comply with current Health and Safety regulations will be assessed. From Tubular Scaffold to a Mobile Tower scaffold, cherry picker or ladder access.
Write up detailed scope of works based on the on-site assessment.
Submit the scope to the administration team for processing.
We then obtain the best cost estimates from our roofing suppliers for quality roofing materials and obtain the required subcontractor costs.
A formal quotation is then prepared which includes:
A detailed works specification
A client booking form.
This is then submitted to our client for review and consideration.

We cover all areas of Sussex and the surrounding counties.
For smaller repair works outside of Sussex, we charge travel time to site.
We are also able serve some areas of Kent, Surrey and Hampshire but currently do not serve London.
Yes, we are fully licensed and insured, which means you can have peace of mind knowing that you are working with a legitimate and responsible company. Being a Professional Roofing Company, we have £10m Public Liability Insurance and £10m Employers Liability Insurance, and we are completely committed to carry out all works with skill and integrity.
Yes we do. From damaged or slipped tiles to gutter clearance. We will be happy to assist with your inquiry. Please note that we do charge a minimum of 1 hours labour charge, for smaller repairs, like replacing a few slipped tiles for example.
We provide guarantee’s for re-roofs (felt, batten and all new roofing tiles or slates) new builds, and renewal of flat roofs. Product Guarantee periods differ from manufacturer to manufacturer so the guarantee would depend on your specific project and material used. Alongside the product guarantee we offer a labour guarantee.
We do not provide guarantee’s for repair works.
Yes, however, it is important to bear in mind that the weather conditions do affect the progression of our works, and at times we would have to work around various weather conditions, for example carrying out mortar works in temperatures below 5 degrees, wet weather, snow and high winds. This is due to risk management to our client’s property, Health and Safety regulations pertaining to our employees and ensuring the correct roofing installation protocols are followed.
The duration of a roof installation varies depending on the size and type of roofing system. Typically, it can take anywhere from one to several days. We will provide a timeline during the initial consultation. It is important to bear in mind that bad weather conditions can lengthen the installation time.
This varies month to month, at present our lead time is 3 weeks but this may change if the weather conditions have not been suitable to carry out and complete our current scheduled works. This may also be shorter depending on your requirements, if your works are a small repair job, we do often have requests to reschedule works as well as smaller gaps in our schedule, in which case we would be able to shorten the lead time.
We offer all elements of roofing from roof repair to roof replacement, repointing, chimney works, firewalls, leadworks, fascias, soffits and guttering works. We will gladly assist and advise on any query and find a suitable solution for your roofing requirements.
